EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH SLOW FLOWING BEER?
1. CHECK IF THE KEG IS FULL
ON THE VOLUME GAUGE THE REMAINING QUANTITY IN THE KEG CAN BE SEEN. WHEN THE VOLUME GAUGE IS ALL THE WAY DOWN, THE KEG IS EMPTY.
2. CHECK IF THE KEG IS INSTALLED CORRECTLY
CHECK IF THE KEG WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY. WHEN PRESSING THE ORANGE BUTTON ON A FRESH KEG, A SOLID “CLICK” SHOULD BE HEARD.
ENSURE THE TUBE IS NOT KINKED OR STUCK BETWEEN THE KEG AND THE BOWL OF THE BLADE
ENSURE THE TUBE IS INSERTED CORRECTLY IN THE ORANGE GROOVE AND THE SPOUT IS CLIPPED IN THE TAP.
3. CHECK IF THE LIGHT IS SOLID GREEN
PLUG IN YOUR APPLIANCE, CHECK IF THE APPLIANCE IS TURNED ON AND CHECK IF THE KEG IS LOCKED IN THE APPLIANCE BY FLICKING THE LOCK SWITCH DOWN.
THE KEG IS CORRECTLY LOCKED IN THE APPLIANCE WHEN THE LIGHT IS SOLID GREEN. IF THE LIGHT DOES NOT TURN GREEN BUT IS (FLASHING) RED, GO TO THE SECTION: ‘FLASHING RED LIGHT’
4. CHECK IF THE AIR PUMP FUNCTIONS
WHEN POURING BEER, THE AIR PUMP OF THE BLADE SHOULD MAKE A BUZZING SOUND. IF YOU NEVER HEAR THIS SOUND, CONTACT YOUR SERVICE ORGANISATION
