1. CHECK IF SPOUT IS BROKEN
IN RARE CASES IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED A KEG WITH THE SPOUT BROKEN OFF. DO NOT USE THIS KEG AND CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SERVICE ORGANIZATION TO RECEIVE A NEW KEG.
2. CHECK IF SPOUT IS OPEN
IF THERE IS CONTINUOUS BEER FLOW FROM THE SPOUT WHICH CANNOT BE STOPPED, IT MIGHT BE THAT THE SPOUT IS ACCIDENTALLY PRESSED.
TO STOP THE BEER POURING, HOLD THE ORANGE PART OF THE SPOUT IN ONE HAND AND GENTLY PULL THE BLACK PART OF THE SPOUT WITH THE OTHER HAND. THIS WILL CLOSE THE VALVE AND SHOULD STOP THE BEER FLOW.
